Throughout our Met-Rx RTD 55 review, we were constantly examining the supplement and attempting to figure out whether or not this supplement was actually working. Right off the bat, we noticed that as a meal replacement supplement, RTD 55 did an impressive job. Our appetites were definitely suppressed and we could easily rely on it to help us get through a meeting or through a long class.
At 55 grams per serving, this supplement provides the support it promised. In fact, after our workouts, we noticed a distinct lack of muscle soreness once we started routinely incorporating this supplement into our post-workout routine.
There are a few other pleasant surprises in Met-Rx RTD 55, our favorite being the small amount of fiber thrown in. The side effects list for RTD 55 is nothing particularly intimidating. The good people at Met-Rx go out of their way to tell you that their product was not meant to be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
