An unfortunate side effect of the fitness industry is that the less popular companies tend to get pushed to the side. This happens for two reasons: either a supplement company doesn’t have the resources to create a great supplement, or they don’t have enough money to market their great product.
Multipower is a company that’s lesser known, but has actually been in business for quite some time. While they’ve remained in relative obscurity, they’ve actually been making some pretty impressive products. The question then becomes: is their protein supplement worth your hard earned money?
Taste and Mixability:
Nothing to complain about here. Multipower is a company that seems to take every aspect of its supplements very seriously, so it’s no surprise that the flavor profiles were solid. Obviously, mixability isn’t really an issue with a pre-made protein shake. The texture of Fit Protein was actually very smooth and enjoyable.
Value:
Here’s where most people are going to find a problem with Fit Protein. And honestly, this supplement isn’t particularly budget friendly. At about $3.60/£2.80 per day, this pre-made protein shake is on the pricey side. But instead of bashing the price, let’s talk about what you’re getting for your money.
Frankly, you’re getting a completely ready-to-go supplement that you can take at a moment’s notice. If you’re constantly running around from meeting to meeting, this supplement could be a lifesaver. That alone might be worth the money.
Effectiveness:
Protein supplements should have a large amount of protein. And while that may seem obvious to most people reading this review, some companies seem to forget that from time to time (not sure how much protein you need per day? Check out our article on the right amount of protein for you).
At the beginning of our Multipower Fit Protein review, we realized straight away that this product gives you plenty of protein for your money. 53 grams of protein per serving, in fact.
There’s no need to reinvent the wheel when it comes to supplements. Fit Protein has about 50 grams of carbs (to help with glycogen restoration), some Vitamin B6 (great for converting food into energy) and a small amount of fiber – sticking to the basics is a great way to make a great product. For the record, we noticed a sizeable decrease in muscle soreness after our workouts when we consumed Multipower Fit Protein.
Side Effects:
One of the best parts of dealing with high quality supplements is the distinct lack of side effects. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that if you start to feel ill after taking this protein supplement, you should stop using it immediately and consult your doctor. Safety first!
Pros
- Tons of protein (53 grams)
- Pre-made for convenience
- Few (if any) side effects
Cons
- Expensive
Multipower Fit Protein Review Conclusion:
After finishing our Multipower Fit Protein review, we’ve decided that it doesn’t disappoint. This supplement has plenty of protein and carbohydrates to help you after an intense workout. As an added bonus, these protein shakes are pre-made, which saves you plenty of time and energy. Multipower Fit Protein might be a bit expensive for some people. But if you don’t mind paying a bit more for a high quality product, Fit Protein should be just what you need.
